is unsatisfactory for customer service. Solving this problem uses the agile method, which is a method of software development and project management. After testing the web-based reservation application using WordPress at the Bagong barbershop, using the blackbox method, the result is that customers can make reservations online and obtain barbershop information. Based on the above test using the blackbox method, which has been carried out on a web-based reservation application, customers can make
reservations online anywhere and anytime and customers can also obtain information about barbershops.
