PENERAPAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS) DAN USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ) PADA WEBSITE KELURAHAN BARENG KOTA MALANG

and the latest news. This measurement uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method which is used to
measure the level of usability of system users according to the subjective point of view of its use. And this
measurement also uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method which is used to measure the
level of user experience in using this system according to the user's subjective opinion. The results of the
research on the SUS and UEQ methods by distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents using the Bareng
Kelurahan website obtained an average SUS score of 65.97 respondents so that it can be concluded that
the Bareng Kelurahan website is in the "High Marginal Range", with a "D" Value Scale. , and an "OK"
rating. As with the results of research on the UEQ method, it can be seen that Attractiveness (mean 1.02),
Perspecuity (mean 1.28), Efficiency (mean 1.16), Dependability (mean 0.96), Stimulation (mean 1.14). ),
Novelty (average 0.86).
