This research aims to conduct an analysis of the self-registration platform in the context of the use
of information technology in various sectors. Using research methods that include surveys,
observations, and data analysis, this study explores various aspects related to the implementation
and effectiveness of self-registration platforms. The results of this research reveal the main benefits
of this system in optimizing the registration process, reducing queues, and increasing service
efficiency. In addition, challenges and problems that may arise are also analyzed, including data
security issues and user interface quality. The results of this research can provide valuable insights
for organizations and stakeholders planning to implement or improve self-registration platform
systems to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
