RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PERPUSTAKAAN SMA NEGERI BARENG BERBASIS WEB

SMAN Bareng is a high school educational institution. At this high school’s library, the book borrowing system has been running as follows, but the current borrowing system uses a book summary which has several deficiencies, including the lack of input data on borrowing books because the librarian manually writes the data into the recap book, because the form of the data is summary book sometimes there is a loss of data on the summary book which can make difficult a data recap for the future. The solution to these problems is to computerize conventional systems that have been running. A web-based application is expected to make it easier for a librarian to input and record library data where the data is stored in digital data. The SDLC method with the waterfall approach is the method used for this research. Researchers analyze the problems that exist in the current system so that researchers can determine solutions so that further testing can be carried out for the applications made. The result of this research is a library application that is useful for a librarian inputting data and managing data in school libraries.
