Abstract
SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Donomulyo, located at Jalan Trisula No. 3, Malang Regency, operates an official website at www.smkm6donomulyo.sch.id. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the school's website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The research involved distributing questionnaires to 92 respondents, including students, teachers, and parents. The results show that the average SUS score obtained was 68.69, which falls into the "marginal" category and corresponds to a grade of "C". This indicates that while users are generally satisfied with their experience on the website, there are still areas in need of improvement to enhance user satisfaction. The study provides recommendations to improve the user interface design, visual consistency, and loading speed to enhance overall quality and user experience. Further analysis may be conducted to identify specific features that hinder usability. Continuous feedback collection from users is also encouraged to support future development efforts. Ultimately, improving usability is expected to increase engagement and access to educational resources through the website.
