The development of information technology has a significant impact on the world of education, especially in delivering
information that is more efficient and practical. STMIK PPKIA PRADNYA PARAMITA (STIMATA) as a higher
education institution has implemented various information systems, one of which is SIAKAD. This activity aims to
improve the user experience (UX) of SIAKAD using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach that focuses on user
needs and comfort. The results of the activity showed that the system was successfully developed according to the needs
of partners, with features that support the academic process for students, Registrar, and Puskordat.
